at the moment, all pieces are unique and one of one. upon purchase, an item will be shipped out within 7 business days. if a rush order is needed, please contact studio@amoru.us. 

if an item is made to order, lead times will be indicated on the product page.

returns

all purchases are final sale. if purchasing as a gift, reach out to studio@amoru.world for a gift receipt with the option to exchange the item.

damage + repairs

if you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email studio@amoru.world within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
